Job Brief While working as part of a small team, the Inventory/Operations Specialist will be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will have a mix of responsibilities and will be a self-motivated and highly organized individual who can manage several projects simultaneously.
Essential Job Functions Requirements:
- Monitor and Adjust CRM based on Sales team requirements - Monitor and adjust Excel based quoting tool on Purchasing teams requirements - Monitor and adjust sales dashboards based on Sales team requirements - Monitor and adjust certain ERP functions as need by other team members - Ensure data accuracy and uniformity on CRM and other data sources mentioned above - As needed conduct scheduled or walk-in production interviews - Daily record attendance for all production staff - Bi-Weekly review production timesheets and assist payroll department - Weekly monitor and order shop supplies - Daily enter in Production data - Daily monitor QC data, collect batch data and COA's on incoming material - Quarterly and as needed, work with accounting to conduct Physical Counts and adjust inventory discrepancies - Bi-Yearly facilitate QC audits - Daily assist shipping and receiving in coordinating deliveries and reviewing shipments for accuracy - Cover for Shipping and Receiving as needed - Cover for Plant Manager as needed - Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- 3
Years Microsoft Excel preferred - 3
Years working with Various Microsoft Office Products preferred - 1
Years SQL Server and Inventory and/or Accounting Experience preferred - Experience conducting interviews - Experience in a fast-paced production environment - Enjoys multi-tasking - Trustworthy and dependable Additional Information - Full-time position (45
