Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers that visit the office -Answering the phone -Schedule service appointments for service technicians -checking office email -support installation projects with various tasks like scheduling and applying for permits -registering newly installed equipment for warranties -handling incoming and outgoing mail -receiving payments in person and on the phone Requirements:
-Dependable and on-time -organized -strong written and verbal communication skills -excellent computer skills (quick books experience preferred) - Professional appearance and demeanor -hours 8am-4pm, Monday - Friday Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
